The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) headquarters is located at 8725 John J. Kingman Rd. on the campus of the McNamara Headquarters Complex at Fort Belvoir, Va. Access to the McNamara Headquarters Complex is restricted, and all visitors must verify appointments with the security guards before entering the complex. Directions: From the North (such as Crystal City, take I395 S) then: I-95 S to Exit 166A (Fairfax Co. Pwky (7100)) Left at 4th traffic light, John Kingman Rd. Right at 2nd traffic light into HQ Complex Gate 1 From the South: I-95 N to Exit 166A (Fairfax Co. Pwky (7100)) At the end of exit ramp turn right Left at 4th traffic light, John Kingman Rd. Right at 2nd traffic light into HQ Complex Gate 1 HQ complex security will direct visitors to the designated parking area as you drive into the complex.
