Dmitri Ivanovich Mendeleev Born in Tobolsk, Siberia, on February 7, 1834 Born to Maria Dmitrievna Korniliev and Ivan Pavlovitch Mendeleev He was the youngest of 14 kids His dad died when DIM was very young They lived very poorly of 1000 rubbles pension educator and the glass factory burned down Entered the university of Petersburg in fall of 1850 He had 2 Wives and 6 kids He passed on January 20, 1907 at the age of 73

The people that influenced him The mother took him to work he was fascinated with the science behind glass Timofei the glass blower Bessargin, he tought him the science of the day.
