 Two or more curriculum areas to participate in the initiative  Leeds DEC provides Social Justice training and resources  Departments use a Social Justice Framework to identify where Social Justice themes are currently taught and where there may be new opportunities  Workshops (delivered by Southern advocates)  Young people are supported to take action to raise awareness about Social Justice issues  Schools cascade experience to two or more other schools
