Marine Observatory Jacques Yves Cousteau This year Jacques-Yves Cousteau Observatory of Oceans and Coastlines, Mexican Pacific Base, a cooperation project between Mexico and France was set up. Together with the Mexican Atlantic Base, it is the most important marine observatory in the country.
