MLA Format Works Cited and In-text Citations

How to set up your first page: (You will not have a title page)  In the top left corner of your page, write your name, teacher’s name, course, and date  Center Paper Title  Create a header in the upper right corner at half inch from the top and one inch from the right of the page (include your last name and page number)

Works Cited Page  This is the LAST page of your paper.  Is a page all by itself  Where you give publication information about your sources  Is in alphabetical order by first word in each entry (usually author’s last name)  Has “hanging indents”
