What is a lukewarm mouth?

“‘I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth… Revelation 3:15-18

Lukewarm mouths talk out of both sides…

You have a lukewarm mouth if you say godly things and worldly things. Lukewarm mouths talk out of both sides.

Lukewarm mouths are empty…

You have a lukewarm mouth if your words aren’t based on anything real. A lukewarm mouths are empty.

A lukewarm mouth reveals a lukewarm heart.

“People will give account for every careless word…” Matthew 12:36-37 “I will give you a new heart…” Ezekiel 36:26 A lukewarm mouth reveals a lukewarm heart.

You have a lukewarm mouth if your heart has not been changed by Jesus. A lukewarm mouth reveals a lukewarm heart.

A lukewarm mouth cannot honor God.
