ComEd Territory Profile ComEd’s Service Territory covers most of Northern Illinois. ComEd serves 3.8 million total customers and 350,000 business customers.

Energy Efficiency Legislation Part of Illinois energy legislation passed in 2007 Provides incentives for residential, commercial & industrial energy efficiency upgrades and equipment Ratepayer funded program offered by ComEd, Ameren Illinois and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Currently in Program Year 7: June 1, 2014 – May 31, 2015 ComEd first began offering energy efficiency incentives in 2008. Programs budgets and savings have ramped since then, but program budget is capped by legislation.

Illinois Power Agency (IPA) Established by energy legislation passed in 2007 State office that procures electricity on behalf of utility customers Starting in 2012, the IPA was required to include all cost-effective energy efficiency as part of its procurement plan IPA energy efficiency programs target residential and small business customers

The compressed air program provides studies to help your system run better and incentives to help you with capital improvements.
