In the forest there was a sleepy monkey who liked playing in the forest with his friends. He loves staying up late but he always falls asleep. It was dark and the monkey saw a leaf on the floor. He was hungry but he only likes bananas. He climbed up the tree and he saw a banana right at the top.

Then the monkey started climbing the tree and looked at the bottom of the floor. He was scared that he would fall off the tree! There was a monkey at the bottom of the floor looking at the other monkey trying to get the banana. He said “Are you scared of the dark because if you are you will fall off the tree and hurt yourself and it will be very funny.”

Then the monkey did a funny laugh. Then the monkey went to sleep. It was darker and darker and then the monkey could not see!!! Just when the monkey was going down because he could not see he felt the warm banana. He pulled the banana off the tree but it would not come off. He pulled harder and his legs fell off the tree!! The monkey was holding the banana and his hand slipped off. He was hanging from one hand. Then his hand came off the banana and he on the floor with the banana.

Then he thought his head was spinning and he opened his eyes. He was on a dusty road. There were no cars on the road, no people or no animals. The monkey saw some rocks and a bunch of trees on the side of the road. He looked around and he shouted “Monkeys, Monkeys” There were no noises. He walked on the dusty road and tried to find his friends. Then the monkey thought that he was lost now. Then the sign said welcome to Liverpool!!

The monkey knew that he was lost. He had been walking for ages and then he saw something big and shiny. It was too big for a monkey, too big for a tree and too big for a car. It was a plane!!!!!!!!

The monkey walked closer and he saw a house but he was thinking It was too big for a house. The monkey saw on T.V a building just like that. The man said it was an airport!! Then the monkey knew it was an airport. The monkey saw a plane landing on the runway. Maybe he could go on the plane to go to Cardiff. Nothing can go wrong!!! The monkey needed a passport and a ticket to go on the plane but the monkey had a different idea because he did not have a passport and a ticket. The monkey saw some walls by the door. Because monkeys are good at climbing the monkey climbed over the wall and he saw a long track with a plane. The monkey saw stairs which went up to the plane.

The monkey liked the plane and he wanted to live there but he wanted to see his friends. The pilot said," \we are going to Manchester and have a good flight.”. He went to the door but the door was locked! “Oh no, now I am lost again. How am I going to get out of here?”

Maybe I could get a bus but that will be too long. I could go on a plane but that might bring me somewhere else. What else can I do? I could ask someone on the plane and ask them if they could take me home. Then the monkey asked the person, “Can you take me home?” “Aaaaahhhhhhh” the man screamed loudly. I think he does not want to take me home. Then he ran to the front of the plane without anyone seeing him and he locked himself in the toilets.

About ten minuets later he heard the pilot say “Please can you put your seatbelts on for the landing.” The monkey sat on the toilet and just then BANG!! The monkey hit his head on the roof. Then the monkey felt dizzy and then he saw just a black banana. “Aaaaahh it’s all black" shouted the monkey.

Then he saw his little sister Bobo. “Here’s your banana. “You fell out of the tree and then you had a dream.” said Bobo. She gave the banana to the monkey. The monkey said “Thank you” Then he took the skin off the banana and ate it and then saw the monkey which was laughing at him.

“Please don’t laugh at me. Please” said the monkey. I'm not going to laugh at you silly. I'm sorry that I was laughing at you. I just got silly and I know that you are not scared of the dark. You can also climb that tree because I saw you before getting the banana. Next time I will not laugh at you ok?” said the monkey. Then the other monkey said, “Thank you. It’s ok.” “To say sorry I will give you a banana. It was my breakfast tomorrow but you can have it.” said the monkey. “Thank you, Now I have got two bananas! It’s like another dinner but better.”

After that day the monkeys became not friends. Best friends!! If a monkey fell out of the tree they will help them. Everyone remembered that day but those monkeys will help the most. The End!
