Procedure for Delivering Newspapers to Guestrooms If you deliver complimentary newspapers to guestroom and suites, use this procedure. Where it reads “if applicable”, see your Hotel-specific Guest Services Guide: 1. Know the time to expect receipt of the newspapers and keep time available after that for delivery. 2.
