Must be Completed Within 30 Business Days of Initial Interview (If Not Already Completed at PSI Stage), –Develop a Case Plan Using Evidence Based Practices, –Determine Risk Level, –In-Person Weekly Contact Until Assessment Completed and Risk Level Determined. 12

COMPAS Pre-Trial Release Scale Set COMPAS 8 will include a revised Pre-Trial Release Scale Set –Developed by Northpointe based on continued research, and consultation with DCJS research and program personnel, –Comprised of 14 questions, –Predictive ability of this new scale will need to be evaluated in New York. 22
