3 Priority JARC Projects a. Car-Sharing  Short-term rentals, including hourly  Rental includes gas and insurance  Annual membership fee  Cars located near metro stations  JARC projects in Seattle and L.A.

4 Priority JARC Projects b.Expanding transit in underserved neighborhoods  Higher frequency on existing routes  Adding routes to underserved areas

5 Priority JARC Projects c.Expanded Guaranteed Ride Home  For commuters using carpooling or transit  Available 4 times per year  For unscheduled overtime or unexpected situations (e.g., sick child)  Rides are free
