 Although small changes at individual level, these health interventions have the potential to impact the Learning Disability population significantly - wider impact on family members.  Most participants who complete the programme go on to maintain the lifestyle changes made (esp those with support).  Follow ups although good have highlighted the need for frequent refreshing of key messages to ensure sustainability.  Bespoke services seem to be the best with a combination of activity and exercise.  Evaluation has highlighted the need to re educate the carers to ensure client sustainability.
