PHANTOM RIDERS MOTORCYCLE SAFETY RIDE RELEASE OF LIABILITY, EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT 1. I hereby acknowledge and agree that participation in the Phantom Riders Motorcycle Safety Ride may have inherent risks, even when the greatest care is taken. I also hereby acknowledge and agree that I have full knowledge of, understand, and appreciate the nature and extent of all such risks, including the risks of cuts, abrasions, broken bones, minor or severe bodily injury, death, or property damage resulting from participation in the program. I further acknowledge and agree that the above list does not include all possible risks associated with participation in the program, and that the above list in no way limits the extent or reach of this RELEASE OF LIABILITY, EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, and HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. 2. I hereby certify that I have conducted my own personal safety inspection, that I have met all required State and Federal laws/regulations to ride my motorcycle, and that my motorcycle is fit for the purpose of riding in the Phantom Riders Motorcycle Safety Ride. I understand that the safety inspection conducted by Phantom Riders Motorcycle Safety Ride personnel is not a substitute for my own personal inspection. I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY ASSUMING ALL THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PHANTOM RIDERS MOTORCYCLE SAFETY RIDE. I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING DEATH) WHICH I MAY SUSTAIN. OVERALL FT HOOD STADIUM LAYOUT & ENTER/DEPARTURE ROUTE Motorcycle inspections will conducted by unit prior to arrival – 1 Week to conduct motorcycle inspections (3-6 Nov) – No motorcycles permitted to ride w/o inspection being completed – Motorcycles will arrive as a unit (1CD, 3ACR, etc…) Arriving motorcycles will be lined up on Railway Dr – Riders will be lined up towards the East, 4 bikes in a row – All bikes will be full of fuel prior arrival. There will be no fuel stops. Patriot Guard & Combat Veterans Motorcycle Assoc will form up at the Stadium Parking Lot. –Patriot Guard will lead formation & CVMA will bring up rear of formation Depart stadium (Railway Dr, Wratten Dr, Darnell Lp to Santa Fe exit) Return (TX 190, Santa Fe entrance, Darnell Lp, Wratten Dr to Railway Dr)
