PENNFIELD UNIVERSITY Amy Levitan, Dean

As the Dean of Pennfield University, I have been asked by the students to offer a class on one Robber Baron. But oh, who to choose?

You, my most respected Professors in the History Department, have strong opinions on who was the most influential. As a believer in true democracy, and to avoid my usual “Rock-Paper-Scissor” approach, I will ask each you to convince me why I should choose your favorite philosopher

I am not past bribery and am a big fan of the Bobble Head Doll. So, make me one. You must also include a paragraph explaining which Robber Baron was the most interesting/influential and why. Show me that you understand the impact that your industrialist had on the US.

This is worth 20 points and will be graded on creativity, neatness and accuracy.

Carnegie Rockefeller C. Vanderbilt J.P. Morgan
