Recycled PVC Construction Profiles, Erne Plas Traditionally Erne Plas imported their construction profiles from England / Europe They wanted to offer 100% recycled product and reduce reliance on external suppliers and lower costs Attended NISP workshop and were introduced to company with excess PVC re-grind and a local company capable of grinding into powder form for extrusion. Additional sales: £1,200,000 CO2 reduction: 15,334T Jobs Created: 14 Landfill diverted: 1,200T Virgin materials saved: 1,200T
