ENGLISH VOCABULARY BY: NY’LAH EVANS

LAMBASTE attack, usually with words, criticize (someone or something) harshly (Verb) He regularly lambastes the labor party in letters to local newspapers.

IMPASSE N - A situation in which no progress is possible, esp. because of disagreement; a deadlock (Noun) such an agreement should remain a goal, but is not essential for ending the current impasse.

JARGON Slang (Noun) here's my ( not too serious ) guide to internet jargon.
