Available information on a company depends on whether it is public or private. Definitions of public company: A company that is listed on the Stock Exchange. Type the name of the company in the search box on the next screen, select a date range or leave it as it is, and submit the search.

Type in the name of the company and submit the search.

Notice that you can search by NAICS or SIC code and that there is a code lookup on the Mergent search screen.
