Writing Journals Journals are an important part of our class You will add several journals to your class website weekly Journals will be placed on a journals page on your private student website Journals will help you improve your short answer writing skills

Types of Journals Answers to literature questions Personal issues read only by you and your teacher Opinion about current events

Journal Format Most journals will take place during the 5- minute warm-up period at the beginning of class Journal topics will be numbered and placed on our website, so you can make up any missed entries You will write responses on paper and type them into your my journal website at a later time
