UFH Berlin: 2 Part of the national confederation with more than women in total Members are wives, business women and female masters of skilled crafts and trades Started in 1991 as a working group in Berlin

What about: In 85 % of all skilled craft and trade firms women are acting as heard of the company Main questions: Position: acting as leader or as general dogsbody? Social security: insurances, retirement pension Power of procuration, liability, testament Replacement Qualified staff and trainees 3
