Presentation transcript:

How do you feel facing school and everyday life Self- esteem. Trying to fit in and facing problems. These are just two ways that you must pass while trying to keep your self-esteem high.

1- Be yourself 2-Be responsible 3-Mind your own business 4-Ignore all thoughts 5-Don’t do anything wrong 6-Gain respect 1-Trying to be cool 2-Lying 3-Pranks 1-Fitting in

1- Trying to be cool is a Negative effect because you pretend to be someone one your not. 2-Lying is Negative because people can catch you and call you something and you can get really hurt and your self-esteem will go down. 3-Pranks are bad because even though they might be cool but you can get in trouble,be called names and get hurt. Your self-esteem will go down.

1- Trying to fit in can be bad and sometimes good. It is bad because you they might hide there identity and become some one there not. It is good because some people just act like them self and don’t have to hide who they really are and will have real true friends.

1 st is be yourself try not to cover up who u really are. 2 nd is be responsible and if you do you can live up to your dreams. 3 rd mind your own business and you wont get in to problems and in trouble. 4 th is to ignore all thoughts so you wont fell the pressure not get in trouble. 5 th is don’t do anything wrong to effect your grade and education. 6 th is gain respect just be yourself and act mature and you will be fine. If you do these things self-esteem will go sky high.

We got that you can go to your school counselor for help. Also High School counselors will help you though everything that you need help with in High School. We made a survey and the title was : How would you fell on the first day of High school. This is the chart. Excited-13 Terrified-7

From the book we got that you should join after school clubs to get good friends that like the same things, and are always there for you.

In conclusion we both agree that you must be responsible in school work and don’t hang out with the wrong people they will guide you to a place you won’t like.
