Corrective Action Due Dates: The software will assign universal due dates or the district may assign individual due dates. –For Student Corrective Actions. Allow 45 business days. –For Systemic Corrective Actions, allow up to 6 months.

JACK O’CONNELL State Superintendent of Public Instruction Select the Student Corrective Action Report button to enter a universal due date for all student CAs (45 days) Select the “Systemic Corrective Action Report” button, to enter a universal due date for all Systemic CAs (Up to 6 mos.) After your selection, click the “Due Date” button

When the student corrective action gives both a “Historical” option and a correction option, you will have to choose the appropriate one. Once you choose the option, you will have to edit the CA. Editing Corrective Actions

Decide whether the finding is “historical” and does not require CA or whether the finding requires the district to make the correction. The proficiency status was not noted on the assessment plan.

JACK O’CONNELL State Superintendent of Public Instruction Backup Function The backup function creates a zip file in the C:\SESR07_08 folder. As a precaution, the compressed file should be stored in a secure location on a separate server. This function requires some knowledge of Windows utilities.
