A Product consists on capacity which may be bid for, allocated and contracted in a given amount at the VIP, characterised by:  A predefined duration, with a starting and finishing date (Monthly: natural month; Yearly: from 1 st Oct to 30 th Sep).  A flow direction. Two flow directions are possible: from Portugal to Spain (POR->SPA) and from Spain to Portugal (SPA->POR).  A Firm or interruptible character. 3 Auctions.

7 Shipper Pre- qualified Shipper Qualified Shipper Bidder Winning Bidder Any licensed shipper or eligible customer in Spain and/or Portugal Has already sent all documentati on for pre- qualification and has been accredited Is allowed to participate in the interruptible Products Auction Has completed the whole Qualification Process for a particular firm Auction Is allowed to participate inthe firm Products Auctions Has sent a Bidding Form to the CAO in a particular Auction Has been allocated capacity in the Auction Shippers Qualification process Auction process
