Session Description and Agenda Using the power of the network to discuss and solve issues we face as Directors Using Director Connect as a real time tool – In the room: –NAF Staff, Content Area Experts from the Network Agenda –Orientation and Question Description – 5 minutes –Solution and Strategy Generation – 15 minutes –Report Outs and Strategy Generation – 45 minutes –Moving Forward – 10 minutes

Orientation and Question Description We will have 5 minutes for this section Our Question: –How can we successfully recruit new Advisory Board members?

Solution and Strategy Generation We will have 15 minutes for this section Identify a recorder, a facilitator, a timekeeper Identify up to 3 potential solutions and 3 potential strategies for implementation at each table

Report Outs and Strategy Generation You will have 45 minutes for this section Each table will report out one solution and strategy These will be recorded in real time onto the Director's Connect Discussion Group We will have a 5 minute discussion regarding implementation challenges

Moving Forward We will have 10 minutes for this section Using Director Connect to continue the discussion Continuous professional development and support brought to you by NAF and the Pearson Foundation
