EXODUS 23:2

 What if it’s wrong?  What if it’s destructive?  What if it would cost you your life?

 What did He do for you? ◦ In the Garden? ◦ He was scourged. ◦ He was crucified. ◦ He was forsaken by God. ◦ He endured humiliation.  You owe Him!

 Most talk about peer pressure is negative. ◦ Proverbs 1:20-19 ◦ Are they trying to help you spiritually?  Are they trying to get you to heaven? ◦ Rebellion ◦ Drinking ◦ Drugs ◦ Sex?  Only One can give you salvation.

 Is that too harsh?  Just suppose: ◦ They entice you to do drugs ◦ What if you get hooked. ◦ Does that destroy or improve your life?  What is the end result of sin?

 Negative peer pressure is an attempt to get you to conform. ◦ It is always conformation to a lower standard.  If that is not an attempt to destroy you, what is it?
