Contoso’s Requirements The user’s SIP Address must be the same as their SMTP address Dial-in conferencing will have high usage in the USA Users must be able to make and receive phone calls when the WAN is unavailable Audio and video control is required on all WAN links Monitoring and call details must be available The solution must be managed by IT teams in Chicago and Munich All gateways and SIP Trunking providers must support Media Bypass 10
