Alabama, the first state to pass a bill to stop Agenda 21 and all association with ICLEI TN passed a resolution in the House and the Senate against Agenda 21 and ICLEI. A bill is expected to be passed in the 2013 session which starts in January The RNC has passed a resolution against Agenda 21/ICLEI. This resolution will be added to the Republican platform in August, 2012 at the convention in Tampa, FL Taxpayer money is being used to fund ICLEI. Did anyone ask your permission to spend your money to support an organization that is promoting UN policies?
