About Dr. King King center

The main idea of this article is to show how Dr. King was a great man. I think this is the Main idea because it talks about all his Achievements and how he made a difference.

Dr. King is widely regarded as America’s pre- eminent advocate of nonviolence and one of the greatest nonviolent leaders in world history. I think this is supports the main idea because it tells how he was the greatest nonviolent leader in history.

African Americans achieved more genuine progress toward racial equality than the previous 350 years had produced. This also supports the main idea because tells that Dr. King achieved genuine progress toward racial equality.

Although his house had been bombed several times during the Montgomery bus boycott, it was while signing copies of Stride Toward Freedom that Izola Ware Curry stabbed him with a letter opener. Finally this supports the main idea because this shows that Dr. King was a strong black man and still believed in non-violence.
