2 Access Access to Information For the purpose of deciding whether there is jurisdiction and for the purpose of any subsequent inquiry, the UNE Ombudsman shall be given access, on a confidential basis, to all University records and documents relating to the complaint. University Ombudsman cl 5

3 Production (If) no further action is needed –a short report to VC and complainant (If) not resolved, –a written report to VC and persons involved (If) no further action warranted/possible –Decline to proceed and inform VC and complainant
