Deadlines and Support Students are reminded it is your responsibility to meet all deadlines. Keep checking the website and the Scholarship Bulletin Board, ESPECIALLY FOR INTERNAL DEADLINES. Make an appointment in Guidance with a counsellor. Ask questions about the process or get help with up-coming applications. Don’t wait until the last minute – start your work well ahead of the deadlines!

Getting Started… Talk to your parents about your financial situation. Find a scholarship coach.  This can not be any of the Guidance Counsellors  However, if you have worked with us in the past we can provide you with letters of reference Refer to the documents on the school’s website for Scholarship Resources. RESEARCH! Organize your documents early (transcripts, letters of reference). Keep track of ALL deadlines.

Things to Remember Examine the criteria of the scholarships closely. Your package should be as close to PERFECT as possible (“publishable standard”) Let Guidance know that you have applied. Do not hesitate to see us if you have any questions or concerns – WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!
