Don't forget everything you know, but don't assume you know everything.

Work-Life Balance & Integration What they’ve seen: The disappearance of the traditional career track Wave after wave of corporate layoffs The declining power of workers Jobs of all kinds outsourced to other countries Vast and sudden technological change disrupt entire industries

The chaos, the loss of control, the privacy/security concerns, they scare a lot of us.

So, we ban it.

Why Social Media? It’s happening now. With or without you. The people you want to reach are probably using it. It’s growing, really fast.

Can you solve your social media problem by hiring a new generation of employees?

Well, no.

Help people explore and make the most of what they love.

Connect people with other people who do what they love, or something related to it. Passion supports passion. Watch out for cynics.

Help people deal with things they don't love. Eliminate annoyances, work around them, delegate them, whatever.
