Audit of outcome of Diabetic Pregnancies 25 women with pre-pregnancy diagnosed diabetes were managed in the medical Antenatal clinic at St. Michael’s Hospital in 2002 NSF document estimates 1 in 250 pregnant women have pre-existing diabetes –4,500 deliveries = 18 women expected
