B UDGET CHANGES B UDGET CHANGES Analysis of the expected expenditures by the PR3 Due to the partner change procedure, the JTS indicated that for C-PLUS the rule should consider exceptions High level of expenditures must be however granted by all the partners WE MUST ENSURE AN HIGH LEVEL OF EXPENDITURE

U NDERSPENDING THRESHOLDS Except for those cases presented as exceptions, the maximum ERDF underspending acceptable after three reporting periods is of 15%. For this reason, during the first three reporting periods no amendment of the budget breakdown as per table 5 of the approved application form will be granted. All projects presenting an underspending rate higher than the proposed threshold may have their ERDF reduced for the exceeding percentage. 6
