Presentation transcript:

Radius- Is the edge to the middle of the circle. Diameter- It goes throw the whole center of the circle.

Chord- starts at the edge and ends at the edge. Central angle- is an angle is forming in the center.

Inscribed angle- It forms at the edge of a circle. Inscribed angle- It forms at the edge of a circle. Tangent- Is that the line only lines up ar one point. Tangent- Is that the line only lines up ar one point.

Secant- Is the only goes thought the circle twice.

Intercepted arc Intercepted arc- It forms a arc at the top of an inscribed angle.

Area of a circle The area A of a circle is equal to 3.14 times the square of a radius R. The area A of a circle is equal to 3.14 times the square of a radius R.

Circumference The distance around a circle

All the areas of circles Radius, diameter, chord, central angle, inscribed angle, tangent, secant, and intercepted arc Radius, diameter, chord, central angle, inscribed angle, tangent, secant, and intercepted arc
