-On the salary of teachers – the amount reflected as salary is the lowest amount since Teacher 1 is supposed to be Salary Grade 15. The total amount stated as salaries is based on the premise that all teachers are still teacher 1 whereas in reality, the teachers are classified into different grade levels.
