Brewed from the first time in late Summer 2017 Por Favor Pils is a crisp refreshing Mexican style lager with its roots deep in the old World brewing traditions exported to the Americas in the 19th century. A sturdy malt backbone is build on top of first class German Pilsner Malt and American 2-Row barley. A pinch of German Magnum hops followed by later helpings of CA Saaz provide a pleasant lemony citrus bitterness. Crystal clear gold in color and with a firm white foamy head, at 4.8% ABV and 18 IBUs you can be assured this beer is refreshing and easy drinking and is the result of this foray into our take on this classic style.
