P07008 Project Description Automate the process of assembling nozzle to wash bottle Key Customers Needs: Can accommodate different size bottles ( 250 ml, 500 ml, 1lt) Should be able to produce large quantities of assemblies (min life of 120,000 cycles) Should require minimal force to complete assembly (less than 25 lb) Should create good assemblies The unit should not create additional disabilities for the operators Process improvement of wash bottle line
