Boeing Helena Value Proposition We develop people, processes and capabilities that enable rapid transition from design to stable production for medium and large, complex, hard metal machined structures and assemblies. We have a vision, our implementing elements of our production system, solving problems and making improvements…now we need the right work statement In May we hosted a product strategy workshop with Metals, Supplier Management, Fab Estimating and our strategy team. The goal was to align the product strategy and get alignment on what value BH provides. We need to right work statement and processes to achieve GIC levels. Team creating capacity, we need to be able to continue to bring the right work in at the right time
