PICNIC PICKS Farm Fresh It is the best time of year to add extra fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. A trip to your local farmer’s market is a fun day trip and a great way to try a new fruit or vegetable. We have you covered with recipes designed to take advantage of peak growing season! Make picnics and summer adventures healthy by including fresh fruit and vegetables as snacks. Farm Fresh

HERB MARINATED CHICKEN QUINOA TABBOULEH Ingredients (serves 6) Directions: In a bowl, combine herbs, lemon zest, and dressing Place chicken breasts in a large freezer bag or coverable dish Pour marinade over chicken and marinate overnight in the refrigerator Preheat the oven to 350° (This recipe is also great grilled!)
