Tobacco control in HP Making Shimla smoke-free Tribune News Service Shimla, May 5 The state government will soon authorise the police and staff from other departments to compound tobacco-related offences in their endeavour to make Shimla ‘Smoke-free’ and eradicate the problem of tobacco.
