IN THIS TUTORIAL we cover and discuss on:  importance and types of interviews  interview questions  how to prepare and stand out

IMPORTANCE OF AN INTERVIEW – WHY IT MATTERS TO AN EMPLOYER? The interview offers the employer the opportunity to:  Find out what you did in the past, how relevant it is, and what your attitude towards previous random experience  Introduce your business culture and the culture of communication that you will demonstrate at the meeting Give you a test to react / react in ad hoc situations Based on this, evaluate your competencies and skills in finding and responding Assess how you react in stressful situations Part of the interview is conducted in a foreign language, thus checking how well you are in a foreign language (mostly English)  Assess how motivated you are for the dsat position  Assess whether you are the appropriate profile for that position.

IMPORTANCE OF AN INTERVIEW – FOR A CANDIDATE? At the same time, the interview is also an opportunity for the candidate to:  Highlights its key skills, achievements and qualifications, and explains their relevance to the given position Explain and minimize shortcomings that may have been detected in a CV (eg, a break in career, inconsistency in job history, etc.) Demonstrates your business and personal culture, communication culture and presentation skills Demonstrates that it has been well prepared and that it is familiar with the description of the borrowing and the company's adverb Demonstrates your competencies and skills through responses to situational issues Through conversation, he finds out everything he's interested in about his position and his employer, which is not written in the  Make sure that it is a job he wants and that suits his expectations

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM INTERVIEW QUESTIONS?

GENERAL What do you consider to be your qualities? What are your weaknesses? How do you see your professional career in 5 years? Why do you think you are a good candidate for this position? Why should we hire you? Why do you think we are a good employer for you?

BIHEVIORAL Give us a single situation when you were proud of your work? What did you think proud of? Give us a single situation when you have a conflict at work. How did you solve it? Give us a situation when you have to make a difficult decision. What did you decide and what were the consequences? Specify the situation of the pile you had to do something unpleasant. How did you handle it?

S.T.A.R. TACTICS

SITUATIONAL You have a loyal client who interrupts your conversation with another client. What are you going to do? You get to run the project where your best friend works. At some point, your buddy is in conflict with an important project partner, and the partner asks that your buddy is relieved of the project or he/she is going out of the partnership and project. What are you going to do? The firm should dismiss a person for lower income. You get the job of the general manager to analyze the two employees you are superior to, and based on that analysis, suggest which of these two people to get fired. How will you act?

STRESS How do you react in stressful situations? You have accidentally found out that your good friend did not pay the tax through some of the documents he/she gave you with some other notes you asked for. What would you do? You have started an important business meeting that should bring company high revenue. The customer is in a hurry, you should not be late because the client will go to another competing firm and give them a job. On the way in the metro you meet a pregnant woman who started to deliver early and begged you to help her reach the hospital urgently. What would you do?
