Comics Club presents EXCELSIOR AWARD

Stan Lee Stan Lee was an American comic book writer, editor, publisher, and producer DOB: December 28th 1992 New York DOD: November 12th 2018 Los Angeles Famous for: Spider-Man (with Steve Ditko), the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, The Hulk (with Jack Kirby) and many, many more iconic characters. He helped build up Marvel Comics.

The Excelsior Award tries to ABOUT IT The Excelsior Award tries to encourage reading for pleasure amongst teenagers. to highlight some of the amazing comics books that are published every year

What we want you to do Read the shortlisted books and then fill out the very straightforward Rating Form. Rate and review the book by giving it marks out of five, according to Story, Artwork, Characters and Dialogue

All of us from Comic Club hope that you all read at least one of the books and rate it. The True Believers Award is awarded every year to the school that returns the most Rating Forms The 'Nuff Said Award is new to 2019 and will be awarded to the school with the best Excelsior Award display Our teachers will also take part choosing the best cover – it is a separate competition for the school staff!
