Guilt Letting past events haunt you forever will do no good; it will only harm you. Guilt will overwhelm those who have it in their life too long. Guilt has the power to take you over if you let it. Guilt tears people apart even if they try to do better. The relief of guilt can sometimes come at an expensive cost. Sometimes when you do not face guilt head on and try to bury it, it will uproot itself and face you head on. It is impossible to overcome guilt without going through redemption. Guilt is like sunlight – without any we do not grow, but with too much without relief it kills us. When you overcome your guilt, you find who you are truly. Guilt can fill someone full of shame. Guilt can drive one’s life down a negative path. No matter who you are, guilt eventually overcomes your life. Guilt will haunt you forever. Guilt can take complete control of a situation. To be successful starts with guilt.

Love Sometimes the love you have for a person is more important than everyone else’s image of you. You would do anything for a loved one.

Redemption Where there is a strong desire for redemption, there is a strong will to sacrifice. It is never too late to redeem yourself. The road to redemption is always under construction. Sometimes the only way to redeem yourself is to be at your lowest point in life. Even though you may be covered by darkness, there is always light at the end. Redemption is the key to overcoming guilt. No matter how much wrong you have done, you can always try to make things right by doing something good. To redeem yourself, you have to be guilty for what you have done.

Courage Standing up for what you believe in will always have its benefits. Courage is not the absence of fear; it is ignoring that fear. Those with strong morals stand up for what they believe in, even during stressful and dangerous situations. Those with strong morals stand up for what they believe, even during dangerous and stressful situations. Without courage we have only fear, but without fear there is not any courage. They key to happiness is freedom, and the key to freedom is courage. It takes courage to do the right thing. Hardships can lead one to courage. No matter how hard something is, you can always go for it. Without courage, you will never achieve anything. If you stand for nothing, you will fall for everything. Courage is the key to freedom, and freedom is the key to happiness.

Friendship True friendships can overcome anything, even time. Friendship can be the one thing that gets you through hard times. A good friend is one that can tell you all his problems but does not. Those whom you are closest to can still be unfaithful and untruthful. Friendship is needed to form identity; when we betray our friends, we betray ourselves. True friendship can be stronger than any other bond. The decisions you make do not only affect your life but your friends’ as well. Friendship is the best thing in life.

Loyalty Loyalty can overpower hatred. Loyalty is unwavering. Loyalty is a gift given even to the undeserving. Loyalty can cause people to do courageous things. Loyalty is a lifelong characteristic, but cannot simply be obtained. Staying loyal through hard times will be rewarding. Be loyal in all you do and you will persevere.

Silence Eventually the secrets will reveal themselves. Sometimes it is better to have said something than nothing at all. Sometimes silence speaks louder than words. More harm is caused through silence rather than speaking out. Silence is discipline, and without discipline we have chaos. Silence can quietly affect you and those around you.

Shame Only you define your shame. Shame can ruin a friendship.

Resilience As you acquire internal strength and overcome difficult obstacles, you will gain resilience.
