Deutsch 3 & 4 Friday, November 11: – Turn in your best guess for what is going to happen next. – Reading circles! Choose 2 partners to read aloud pages together. (did you print the vocab words???). – With partners, choose 1 section of the book for Readers Theater for next week. Start at least with part one today! Readers Theater! You and your partners are going to choose one of the 5 previously read sections of the book to act out in front of the rest of class. How readers theater works: 1. choose a selection. More than 1 group can do the same selection. 2. go through the section and choose the MOST IMPORTANT information or scenes to act out. You will not read to the class, you will be doing a summary with your performance. 3. write your dialogue. Everyone must speak equally in each group. You do not need to memorize your scripts, but you should be familiar with what you want to say about the selection. 4. If you wish to earn a few points of extra credit, think of some props, scenery or costumes you could use to enhance your performance! Remember, were broadcasting! 5. Have some fun!
