Warwick Business School A decision of negligence will be made in cases of work deemed to have been improperly referenced through the incompetent or careless academic practices of the student. NEGLIGENCE

Warwick Business School NEGLIGENCE Penalties Reduce the mark in line with the degree of the offence (typically between 5-15 marks) Student to re-submit the piece of work with correct referencing Student to re-submit a new piece of work to be marked normally improperly referenced through the incompetent or careless academic practices of the student.

Warwick Business School MISCONDUCT A decision of misconduct will be made in cases where it is deemed the student has deliberately or extensively cheated, either through collusion or plagiarism, and that the offence should be pursued within the School without recourse to a University Investigating Committee.
