Federal lease Area of MARYLAND WIND ENERGY AREA (WEA) 80,000 Acres Enough for 1,500MW of Wind Power

Current US Wind Project: 86 Turbine installations 722.4 MW of Power

US Wind, Inc.- Maryland Project Project Description: 12-Miles off of Ocean City, MD Applying for 750MW with PJM ~260MW will use Maryland OREC 86 Total Turbine Installations In-Service Date of 2021

US Wind, Inc, Activities Since Lease 2015 Leased Office in Downtown Baltimore- Began Staffing Project Development Team Carried out FEED Studies for Cable and Foundations Carried out Geo-Phys and Geo-Tech Surveys in WEA PJM Process Commenced Site Assessment Plan Submitted to BOEM

US Wind, Inc, Activities Since Lease (cont.) 2016-2017 OREC Application Process Resulted in OREC Award for 913,000 MWh/yr Cable Easement Survey First Phase in 2016 Second Phase completed late 2017 (included re-route in IRB to avoid high density clam areas)
