Inertia A property of matter

Inertia is the resistance of any physical object to any change in its state of motion, including changes to its speed and direction. It is the tendency of objects to keep moving in a straight line at constant velocity.

All objects have inertia More mass means more inertia Less mass means less inertia

Don’t get Confused Momentum and inertia are not the same. Momentum involves a body in motion Momentum is the tendency of a body in motion to continue moving at a constant velocity.(speed and direction) Don’t get Confused
