Did you know? The first poultry was raised 5,000 years ago in Asia The Egyptians used to incubate eggs in the sand, where the hot sun would provide the temperature needed to hatch the chicks, sometimes up to 10,000 eggs at a time!

Does anyone know the difference between a layer and a broiler? Layer  lays the eggs you eat Broiler  produces the chicken meat that you eat

Do you think the consumption of chicken is going up in the U.S or down? Raising every year

Why do you think consumption of chicken is rising while red meat, such as pork and beef is decreasing? Chicken is: Low in fat Cholesterol High in protein (when compared to red meat)
