This can be verbal, visual, or anything that forces a person to join in unwanted sexual contact or attention. Including: Inappropriate touching Sexual intercourse that you say no to Child molestation Vaginal, oral, or anal penetration

Sexual Assault Having sexual contact with someone who is under 13 years of age and you are over 17, or Committing an act of sexual penetration when: Physical Force is involved Victim is under control of the actor Victim is 16-18 and actor is related or has control Victim is between 13-16 and actor is 4 years older or more

Aggravated Sexual Assault Victim is under 13 years old, Victim is between the ages of 13 and 16 and you are a family member or have other control over them, The act is committed during the commission of another crime (assault, murder, robbery, kidnapping, etc.) The act is committed using a weapon or the threat of a weapon Actor acts with assistance of someone else, using force, The victim is handicapped or in some way incapacitated

Date Rape Drugs ~drugs that are sometimes used to assist a sexual attack GHB- (Gamma Hydroxyl Butyric Acid) relaxation, drowsiness, dizziness, memory loss, unconsciousness Rohypnol (Roofie)- memory loss, sleepiness, problems talking, confusion Ketamine- hallucinations, loss of sense of time and identity, feeling of out of control, loss of coordination **Alcohol can also be considered a date rape drug *Drugs can take effect within 15 minutes depending on which drug and what it is mixed with.

Rape Kit The evidence kit affords the opportunity to collect any DNA that may have been left by the suspect A Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) The contents of the evidence collection kit vary by state and jurisdiction. They may include: •Instructions •Bags and sheets for evidence collection •Swabs •Comb •Envelopes •Blood collection devices •Documentation forms Examiner starts: Collection of blood, urine, hair and other body secretion samples. •Photo documentation. •Collection of the victim’s clothing, especially undergarments. •Collection of any possible physical evidence that may have transferred onto the victim from the rape scene.

Unwanted sexual statements multiple means Unwanted personal attention: Letters, phone, visits, pressure, pressure for unnecessary personal interaction and pressure for dates where a sexual/romantic intent appears evident but remains unwanted. Unwanted physical or sexual advances: Touching, hugging, kissing, fondling, touching oneself sexually for others to view, sexual assault.
