Paste Excel data into other programs. If you have a section of an Excel worksheet that you would like to add to a Word document, to an email, or even to a PowerPoint presentation, there are a couple of ways to do it.

Paste Excel data into other programs. The simple and quick way... is to select the cells you want to copy by holding down the left mouse button until you have dragged your cursor from the upper left to the lower right of the block of cells you want to copy.
