Greek Mythology A group of stories told to explain the mysteries of the world. A few examples include: Why the sun rises. How flowers can to be. What causes different types of weather. How suffering came into the world. We can infer about the Greeks and their culture from their myths. For example: Their values. Their religion. Their technology. Their arts.
